Japan Foreclosed Property 2011 -2012 - Buy this 4th edition report!

Are you aware that you can buy a house & lot in Japan for as little as $10,000. Surprising but true! Japan is a large market, with a plethora of cheap properties up for auction by the courts. Few other Western nations offer such cheap property so close to major infrastructure. Japan is unique in this respect, and it offers such a different life experience, which also makes it special. Some property is in rural areas subject to depopulation, but there are plenty of properties in the cities too. I bought a dormitory 1hr from Tokyo for just $US30,000.
You can view foreclosed properties listed for as little as $US10,000 in Japan thanks to depopulation and a culture that is geared towards working for the state. I bought foreclosed properties in Japan and now I reveal all in our expanded 200-page report. The information you need to know, strategies to apply, where to get help, and the tools to use. We even help you avoid the tsunami and nuclear risks since I was a geologist/mining finance analyst in a past life. Check out the "feedback" in our blog for stories of success by customers of our previous reports.

Report updates available!

Last week we completed the latest revision to the Japan Foreclosed Property eBook. This 182-page report has new sections on risk management, leasing, as well as updating economic and real estate statistics and interpretation. This week we will be releasing the updated New Zealand Property 2010 eBook - the 2nd edition. The 2nd edition of the Philippines Property eBook will follow.
I have not been blogging much over the last year. I have been simultaneously working on several books on issues such as Animal Rights, Education, Government, and other philosophical topics. Much of this has involved developing and organising notes/ideas written over the last 20 years.

SheldonThinks website upgrade

The SheldonThinks website has undergone its 4th major upgrade since 2005. This is the most important upgrade we will make. Our thanks to Vic for his great creative input and dedication in making an interesting and original web experience for our readers.
The new website does a far better job at conveying the underlying theme to our site, as well as highlighting the benefits we are offering readers. This is truly a website that encourages me to write more. I'm very pleased with the work of our team.

New Zealand Property Report 2009

On the 6th February 2009 SheldonThinks released its New Zealand Property Report. NZ is no doubt a compelling investment opportunity given the collapse of its exchange rate. We see this as a compelling opportunity in the forthcoming property market collapse. The ramifications on the NZD will provide foreigners with a great opportunity to enter this market. For further information on this book refer to the foreclosed property website or go to our online bookstore.
